We made it!
We made it safe and sound to Goiania. After another bumpy flight we landed safely. I am feeling 100%better thanks to the great support my mom gave me. We got picked up at the airport by a fancy bus. I guess this bus will be driving is around all week....

Great dinner!
We ended the busy day by having a Brazilian diner. They served every type of meat including chicken hearts. I was too chicken to eat that. Going to bed now as I have opening ceremonies tomorrow. I will try to keep posting but the connection doesn't always...

Futsal Game
We then headed to go watch some futsal. Wow are these guys good.

Day 2
We have had bad wifi connections. Day 2 was a rough day. We lost 2 games but we fought hard. It's crazy as so many other teams are chearing for us. It's still crazy hot out.

We are done training so we went to go see the Christ statue. It was really interesting. The views were amazing.

We made to Chicago!!!! Just grabbing some dinner and then ready to take the long flight.

We made it to Brazil
After a long sleepless flight we made it to São Paulo. The flight was bumpy, and the dinner was horrible. But dad let me watch movies all night.

Little hiccup!
Ok the bumpy sleepless night and the excitement of being in Brazil made me a little sick. Don't worry dad used his paramedic card to get me an IV and some medication. I didn't know he knew how to read Portuguese.

We feel like Stars!
It's crazy as everywhere we go the boys teams want to take pictures with us. I guess we are the first and only girls team to play in the tournament. Wait till watch us play.

This morning we had opening Ceremonies. It was really hot out, over 2000 kids and loud music. It was amazing!

I can't believe I leave tomorrow! Mom was busy packing while I was at a late night soccer practice. Now I'm packing my carry on and we are off to bed! I guess we leave Calgary around 2pm tomorrow. We will be stopping in Chicago and Sau Paulo before we...

We had our final game yesterday and it started out rough. Our goalie got hurt so we used our back up. In the first half she hurt her arm so someone had to step up. Glad I didn't have to play net. These boys can sure blast the ball. We still played hard...
